Bringing over two decades of education experience together with nurturing sound, gentle touch, and somatic movement to support you and your baby right from the start across Hampshire.

From the classroom to nurturing new beginnings

I have been a dedicated teacher for over 20 years, but over time, witnessing the pressures of the education system and the growing challenges around child mental health made me realise that emotional well-being starts in the earliest days of life. I felt called to make a genuine difference before children ever reach school age by helping parents and babies connect to their natural rhythms, calm their nervous systems, and build strong bonds.

Through Blossom & Berry, I trained as a certified baby massage and baby yoga instructor and sound bath practitioner for pregnancy and infancy, founding Soul Sound Baby in Hampshire.

At the heart of my work is Nurture Harmonics—a unique parent and baby practice that explores the profound impact of sound, vocal toning, and somatics on infant development and parental well-being. Rooted in ancient healing traditions, modern science, and somatic body wisdom, it harnesses soothing vibrational sound and mindful movement.

These gentle sessions can help settle overstimulated nervous systems, soothe physical discomforts like colic, and open a calm, joyful space for deep emotional bonding between you and your little one.
